Returning onto Yamatai Records in early 2023 is the Jersey based producer Pine. Taking us on a musical journey through blissful liquid, angelic vocals, amazing synth and melody work, and then ending us on a heavy grotty number. The Memories EP is an outstanding piece of work from the young budding producer.

We are over the moon to welcome Pine back onto Yamatai for his debut EP release and we feel that memories is such a stellar release to make his mark on the scene. All 4 tracks of the EP have amazing stories tied into them which not only brings out the raw emotion but also makes this release that much better by taking the listeners on a journey into the mastermind that is Pine.

Catching ears throughout Europe through his amalgamation of musical genres, it’s now within the RAM Records camp and its sister-label ProgRAM where he comes with fresh music. A sure fire way to draw attention to an experimental, yet melodic signature and one present throughout both tracks.

Grumbling basses and steppy percussive levels characterize a-side ‘Get Low', whilst 'Mia' follows suit amongst distorted, warbling horns and twisted Spanish vocals. So once again, it’s time to get with the ProgRAM - channeling the underground through every new artist it pedestals.

‘Jiří Volek a.k.a. Wallhack from Ostrava, Czech Republic is a D&B DJ and producer. Instead of blood, he has the essence of music and love for DnB in his veins.’

Releasing primarily on Sinful Maze and featuring on our Genesis VA, Wallhack is a force to be reckoned with. The Surditas EP is his best work yet, focusing heavily on the dark, techy vibes on every track. Jiri has absolutely smashed this release and we are over the moon to finally have him showcase his talent on the label with an EP.

4 monsterous tracks are featured. One featuring the boss man at Sinful Maze (Meph) and 3 other clinical cuts. All of which demonstrate excellent production techniques and understanding.

Dutch duo Binary makes an extraordinary appearance on the A172T series with Lost, a heavyweight track ready to challenge all the sound systems it would face.

"The track started off with the synth pluck we made experimenting in Serum. We wanted to keep the heavy bass vibe in the track to breath while keeping the tech influences upfront. Its was a back and forth on what the best direction and sound should be. The track fully came to life when added multiple sequences and variations and took different approaches on the build and choruses. We both had many ideas and visions on how it should shape up. So we implemented the best in our opinion and it work for us in the end. We both had fun in the process and it worked out, playing it in our sets.

This is what Binary is all about in the end. Vibing, experiencing and leveling with each other in all the years we enjoy making music. It steps forward the best in the both of us."
