What am I doing? I really don’t know.
All the driving forces for my ‘why,’ have shifted or have slowed.
I thought my life would be given to alchemy, making suffering into song,

Tupac’s life and words, continue to ripple through the world.  He seemed to understand humanity at a level, with patience and forgiveness, to be both inside it, and above it all. “Keep Ya Head Up” has continued to arrive at my finger tips as I question everything I thought I once knew. This is a song I wrote back during the nonstop days of college. I was walking home from work one night and realized I hadn't written a single song in weeks because of the nonstop work-school schedule. So I started singing out my frustrations.
