Reminds me of spliced vocal effects that Boards of Canada would use

i'm lucky enough to have had some excellent classes in my time, the audio for this is taken from one of them, we spent half an hour creating vocal drones, which I had permission to record. for this project i took two layers, one a heavily fx treatment (pitch hack and portal) the other using vector grain for the choppy edits. I realize I'm cheating a bit because it's my voice and others but the results please me enough that i wanted to share. forgive me

My soft R panned synth track (a soloist impro using a mono lead on AAS Ultra Analog) over his L panned original.

I improvised over 6 tracks from last week to see what happened on "first take" , decided to keep 3 for the second week.
Today, while choosing just 2 to share here, I decided to keep this one, even if I didn't develop nor edit my take I thinks it's nice to have a pure 2 synth duet and I like his basic track (reminds me of Penguin Cafe Orchestra's "...Found Harmonium" track) and my impro as as good as I can get, it is rambling  but I am  really happy with of it.

I interpreted his title as "I'm Plexus" before realizing that  implexus was a thing...
Too late, my track was already titled "We'r Plexus"...

Alien Insects In My Garden

Over several years, to 2019, I re-edited Keith LeBlanc's classic "Major Malfunction" album to make it "full length", according to an imaginary concept in my head.

What did Keith think of it?  Well I told him I was doing it, he showed some interested and thanked me for asking his permission, but didn't respond when I sent him the final versions and other commentary.  So I don't know ... and now I never will.
