This is part of an audio blog series I've decided to create, since the idea for an internet radio show is not yet realized. I enjoy talking about things like mind/body connection and health, dimensional realities, alternate realities, time/space, quantum physics, consciousness, spirituality, matters involving heart-based love(or lack of it), and pretty much anything that is not boring(in my opinion) like movie stars and the latest clothing or electronic fad. ha

Every plant in the forest is a living embodiment of spiritual wisdom and divine illumination. How do we connect  with this Green Path of Plant Knowledge that opens us to the Mystery of the Forest and leads us to a greater alignment with nature and harmony with the Earth and all beings?

The Five Phases:
1. Presence, Awareness, Trust, Discernment
2. Desire for Illumination, the Need for Spiritual Connection, and Surrender
3. Clearing
4. Receptivity, Acceptance
5. Respect, Humility, Gratitude

In recent years there has been a revival of approaches which give greater autonomy to distinctively political thought, which can be called ‘political realism’, in contrast to ‘political moralism’. The panel discussion will explore this contrast, and ask whether political legitimacy is ultimately a question of one’s moral conception. Fabienne Peter is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Warwick. Catherine Rowett (@catherinerowett) is Professor of Philosophy at the University of East Anglia and Green Party parliamentary candidate for South Norfolk. Stephen de Wijze is Senior Lecturer in Political Theory at the University of Manchester. Geoffrey Hawthorn is Emeritus Professor of International Politics and Emeritus Fellow at Clare Hall, University of Cambridge. How can a materials science approach lead to medical breakthroughs?
In this episode of Disruptive, Wyss Core Faculty Member Dave Mooney discusses programmable nanomaterials approaches to fighting disease. Mooney explains how a cancer vaccine, developed by his team and currently in a clinical trial at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, can train one’s own immune system to target specific cancer cells. He also describes the development of novel hydrogels that find application in drug delivery systems and tissue regeneration. Chris Gemmiti, a member of the Wyss Institute’s Business Development team, joins the conversation to discuss the Wyss process of translation and what is involved in bringing the hydrogel drug delivery technology from bench-to-bedside.
