Forever Son has moved on from his alt-folk roots to an intrepid new sound with psych and garage rock surging through its veins. It’s a Fuzzy, highly saturated, pumping, thumping aural delight.

This is the first single from Forever Son's debut E.P Trout Fishing out October 29th. Jeremy the cobbler reflects the anguish and heartache of a cobbler during a music festival. An event designed to destroy and maim shoes and feet, equally.

This record store day (Saturday April 18th 2015) these two musical compadres decided to combine and bring some long lost b side songs out from the bread tin and into the toaster. They have toasted up real well and apon applying some generous amounts of jam through a kerbside reel to reel, they are ready for your ear buds. This is the fourth and last track of TROUBADOUR and Forever Son's four track E.p titled: Back Table B Sides. Artwork by the talented Grace Mackay.

'Rambling knots' is a mildly psychedelic folk track born from a latin influenced Jose Gonzalez, CSNY and Linda Perhacs love in. This track differs from earlier releases with a lush arrangement of euphoric harmonies and spacious percussion yet retains the grass roots, back room recorded, self mixed and produced do it yourself ethos.

This is the first single from the LP '10 months' due for release March 2016.

San Jose is the first single from Forever Son's debut Album to be released mid 2017. It's all about sunshine, fun times, that feeling of adventure but also the chains of reality and the sometimes misled empowerment of making decision's for better or worse. This ones for all the Mishrats heading to the beach.

The project of dynamic frontman, Jack Robbins (lead vocals, guitar), Forever Son draws comparisons with the likes of captivating revolutionists Nick Drake, Aldous Harding, Townes Van Zandt, and Neil Young. Forever Son’s writing credits include the 7” split single with Fraser A. Gorman, debut EP, Trout Fishing (2014), single, Rambling Knots (2015) and the celebrated first LP, 10 Months released in 2017. Forever Son has appeared at Queenscliff Music Festival, in a recent multi-state tour for Porch Sessions in the summer of 2020, and is currently preparing for the much-anticipated follow-up album due out later this year.
