Japanese artist VivianKrist, who got her start in Black Metal band Galhammer, now residing in Norway, has found refuge in the Scandinavian wilderness and composes beautiful, therapeutic blasts of modular synth noise and techno bits--serenity, violence, chaos, love, anger, and beauty all through the scope of an experienced artist at the top of her craft, the Metal and Hardcore background seep through her veins with the music she creates and envelop the listener in a headspace of comfort, nausea, and claustrophobia.

Neon Tears returns to the label with LP2. A reserved and anonymous figure, LP2 is a continuation of his first album filled with smoggy techno and house beats transmitted from an underground rave somewhere in an alternate dream state. The album plays like a soundtrack to 'Enter the Void' or if Deckard from Blade Runner found refuge inside of an illegal club in the Los Angeles rainfall. Reminiscent of Holy Other and Andy Stott but with more of an upbeat swing.

Two debuts for the label-Anxiety Support Group and Slink, bring a split album full of murky house permutations, ambient wanderings dragged in mud and filth, and tracings of missed calls floating inside the ether. Anxiety Support Group is made up of KKJunker, also 1/2 of the duo Perfume Advert who have been dishing up slices of raw, smudged, and dirty house and techno for years. Anxiety Support Group is in the same vein but in a more twisted and psychedelic light. Imagine if Actress took DMT and binged listened to Japanese Ambient music and this is the combination you would get. 
Slink is in the same vein. Unbelievable house and techno abstractions dragged in a sinewy drop of mud and sweat.

The 7 songs become a cycle of influences from hazy ambient, washed over techno and shoegaze with a dash of video game soundtracks'.

Released last year under the name Inugami, "Live at Gemini Lake," is a captivating EP of transcendental ambient bliss. Now under the name furla, this EP will be released on a limited edition cassette run of 25.

Each song plays like a short moment. The listener can recall a variety of influences from Boards of Canada, Oneohtrix Point Never's early work, as well as Tim Hecker.

The tracks coalesce into moments of sparseness and beauty, recalling a lost moment staring outside at a mountain or walking alone in a forest.
