Produced, performed and lived by Ujjy himself; Thank God 4 Death, Ujjy’s debut album, is a 12 track, one-man show that offers an intimate and unrestrained view into his personal journey through dark thoughts and the struggle to find true meaning through life, love, and self-actualization - as well as the pitfalls the befall one as they attempt the search.

Track 1, “New Necklace,” sets the stage with the slow familiar beep of a heart rate monitor, as his parents – who surface multiple times throughout the album – urge him to “wake up” to no avail.

Transported into Ujjy’s comatose consciousness, the listeners are awakened to a funky, fantastical, dark-neon-R&B world rife with influence from copious genres (including hip-hop, pop, soft rock, Japanese pop, post-punk, vaporwave, and funk - to name a few) through which Ujjy- our host and tour guide through pensive introspection  - lays bare his personal self-reflections bound with existential crisis.
