“Seconds (Remastered)” resurge como un corte hipnótico y cuidadosamente restaurado de la mano de IK86, parte del tríptico introspectivo A.K.A., donde el productor alemán recupera tres piezas profundas originalmente publicadas bajo sus alias Zumbador y Yellow Page.

Lejos de una nostalgia vacía, “Seconds” se siente como un eco lúcido del pasado: pads nebulosos, una línea de bajo persistente y una arquitectura sonora que invita a perderse. El track avanza con una sensibilidad cinemática, casi fantasmal, dejando espacio al silencio como parte del ritmo.

Con más de una década de historia, este remaster no intenta modernizar lo que fue, sino devolverle su alma con mayor nitidez. Es un ejercicio de memoria afectiva, un puente entre identidad artística y madurez técnica.

“No quise rehacer nada. Solo escuchar de nuevo con otros oídos”, comenta IK86 sobre este proceso de reencuentro.

“A.K.A.” es una declaración de persistencia estética y emocional. No hay artificios ni gestos grandilocuentes, solo sonido sincero que resiste el paso del tiempo.

VIBRACIONES is WILLIAN CAMPOS new release under MODUS UNDERGROUND MUSIC, and represents a unique fusion of the energy of electronic music and instrumental expressiveness. The track stands out for its vibrant trumpet, which provides organic nuances and emotional depth, guiding the tracks atmosphere from the first bar. The distinguishing element of VIBRACIONES is the narrative voice, which takes the listener on a sensorial journey: it evocatively describes how sound travels from its original source, traverses space, and finally reaches the brain, becoming an experience both physical and mental.

London-based producer Cera Alba pairs up with vocalist Zahra for a pair of tough tracks on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax this June featuring a remix from Stockholm’s Tiger Stripes.

Since his humble beginnings several years ago the Newcastle-born artist has cemented a reputation for consistency, with releases appearing on the likes of Hot Creations, Moon Harbour, VIVa MUSiC,
Avotre, Madtech and Gruuv. As a DJ he’s been making regular appearances across Europe, including venues such as Watergate Berlin, Sankeys Ibiza, Brixton Academy London, not to mention festivals such as Hideout.

‘Taking Over Me’ is a dark and moody roller from the get-go. Robust drums and mesmerizing atmospherics form its basis whilst Zahra’s soulful vocals and a cavernous low-end rumbles throughout to its rhythm as a piercing vocal and metallic elements ebb in and out of the mix. Tiger Stripes then provides a crunchy remix of ‘Taking Over Me’, distorting Zahra’s vocals whilst incorporating tantalizing synths into his own stomping rendition.
