Bachelors Of Science have joined forces with Formation Records to remind us how Drum and Bass can take listeners on a blissful journey. ‘Love is found’ is just that. A euphoric track that takes listeners from the depths of low bass to the highs of the delicate vocals. Their Unique blend of soulful sounds, deep beats and technical precision has been hailed as a refreshing musical approach to Drum and Bass, the Bachelors continue to defy those that try to categorise them into a genre.

Opening with melodic synths that will ensure crowds are left with goosebumps, making way for the poignant vocals of ‘When the love is found, they’ll never keep us down’ from the truly elegant singing from Dominique Gomez, defiant kicks and snares come in to emulate these words and we’ve reached the liquid drop. As the track continues, the break welcomes a short but powerful section in which Emcee Child delivers a moving selection of lyrics. Throughout the track the deep, heavy bass is accompanied by light and perfectly produced piano notes.

Accompanied by two Remixes a depth of variation to the original track. Fabric8 alongside DJ SS brings his signature hard hitting bass that compliments the blissful vocals and expressive lyrics. The second remix sees one of Formation Records hottest new signings, Azpect, add her impressive mark on the track with input from varying genres of Drum and Bass with DJ SS once again.

Greenvibes are back with Formation, after their last release ‘Bassline business’ the Russian producer duo are back for some more bad boy business. ‘Outbreak’ sees 4 tracks brought together with world class production once again on Formation Records. 

The first track ‘Outbreak’ brings nothing but the heaviest bass with distinctively Russian Drum and Bass vibes. With the introduction drawing in listeners with a hypnotic vocal loop with teasing bass that explodes into a drop that is a concoction of fast paced action. The bassline is heavy with fast drums ready for the biggest European raves. 

‘Neuro jungle’ sees a the duo bring more neuro to the E.P with no let-up in the fast paced action. The long introduction has pointers of where this track will go, and the only way it was going to go was into rapid drum patterns that bring ominous dark bass with them. The breaks in this track are nothing short of extraordinary as the duo take listeners on a journey through the motions of their drum and bass origins. 

The third track of the E.P ‘Crossfire’ once again has weighty bass throughout that is complimented by high end bass. Listeners are given a rest bite from the track within middle, with intensifying synths providing a fitting build up to the introduction of the big bass within the track. 

The final track ‘Junglism’ sees the duo take inspiration from the countless Jungle hits releases on Formation Records over its 30 years. The track sees a jungle style drum pattern through out with a bassline that glorifies the track to become a stand out within the E.P.
