There was a time when only fast and hectic sound waves sweetened our ears. But then everything was suddenly different: The speed of sound was drastically reduced and the beats became more chilled. The atmosphere at the parties changed and our taste in music was reinvented. If we look back over the years, one thing can be said: We love downtempo and are very grateful for the acquaintance.

A big thank you goes out to @meaex from the @heimlichaufsc collective for this wonderful set. It suits our taste exactly and we feel like dancing.

There is no other city, no other party, no other floor in the world where we can showcase our music as naturally as we can here, in the place our style was born and crafted. 
It goes without saying that it's extra special to play for our dear friend Mira's birthday bash, surrounded by our loving friends in our living room. It felt like home and we enjoyed every second of it!

Meet Joules, a DJ whose love affair with music began 21 years ago as a 14-year-old Hip Hop Dj known as Trashtray. He quickly fell in love with the funk and disco samples in those Hip Hop songs and switched his focus to Disco and Disco House. In the last years Joules got more and more into electronic music and he’s evolved into a dynamic artist specializing in Indie Dance, Dark Disco and Techno. With upcoming releases in 2024, Joules promises a fresh sonic journey that'll keep you grooving. Keep an eye out for what's to come!

What a beautiful weekend it was at Chateau Perche festival! Thanks to @dasanwesend for the invitation and opportunity to bring our b2b boogie to France. Your stage was truly amazing and we still are out of words to describe it <3  Thank you for everything! And the biggest pleasure was seeing you in person again :)
And of course thanks to all the dancers, lovely people we met and  everyone who kept the energy so high from the beginning to the end - we loved every little thing about it!

“In 2007 ,FORMBAR” alias Manuel Hammer began his music career in the Rhein-Main-corridor where he was born and raised; the same area where the term " TECHNO " was born.

It was in his grandparent´s attic where he staged his first small raves.

Once competent in all aspects of sound design, he was asked to perform in well established clubs throughout the Rhein-Main area such as HotelDigital(super8,kbar)and U60311 FFM.

“His Sound is influenced by the Stammheim Dj´s (PIERRE,BINE,MARKY;NORMAN) and can be described as driving, straightforward but also playful , a combination which puts a story-telling effect on his sets.”
