feel aquatic and anaesthetised, fighting for me feeling, 

kneeling, numb between my feet and thighs

and in my mind yeah i think it's where the ride ends. 

seagulls cry, hope through my closed eyes 

a wave like a golem's hand smashing through the boats side. 

ropes fly - lashing like the 9 tails,  

drag my under down like the nose diving crow flies,  

tangling my limbs now. shit i might as well just swim down,  

great deluge relinquishing our sins. 

thinking all these things, either sinking or you'll swim 

but fate has handed me the dot so time to flow round!
