Former Traits is not your typical band. 
These guys are a Florida based band well known for their start at very young ages doing big shows throughout the Orlando and Jacksonville the

Drummer, (Dylan Parra) who at age 12 received recognition as the youngest drummer to enter with his former band Achilles Last Stand in the Orlando best band competition landing the second place spot out of two thousand bands. Dylan is not only a great drummer but he is also versed in Guitar and vocals and is a song writer of his own. 
Chris Mitchell the “Voice of the band” is also no stranger to the music scene. The Florida native is a former member of the highly popular band “Polaroid” who was signed to Leakmob Records. Doing shows with the likes of, Cute is What we aim for, There for Tomorrow, Ivoryline, Versa Emerge and Broadway. This heavy hitter plays a 7 string as the rhythm guitarist to Former Traits, as well as being the bands front man. 
Bass Guitarist Michael Celentano rocks the 5 string bass as well as having a degree in music production. He owns and operates his own studio, "Sound Scape Studios", recording and producing artists of multiple genres. Mike has also won multiple fine arts medals and is a former member of the band "The Senate".

Their music while Progressive Rock in nature is also very much Funk, Alternative, and Experimental. 
This coupled with their amazing ability to write songs with absolutely addictive melodies.
The Palm Coast, Florida rock outfit—not only know where they’re going, but have a rock solid history that put them here today. 
With the upcoming 2015 release of the band’s debut EP, “Ghost”, arrives the substance, style and a spirit that captures their inner feelings. 
A song of a sudden breakup and a sobering cry for hope in a loved one’s soul comes the creation of “Ghost”. With an eerie ending to this masterpiece, listeners are sure to get drawn into the theme of the song.
“Above Water” speaks of floating along like the waves, in an unstable situation of love and confusion.
