A tangy meditation on the process of fermenting honey into mead. Three little mouthful movements: 1)Must ( The clouded, sweet mixture of warm honey, water and acid to which the yeast is added. 2) Skald,  the Norse word for poet, whose inspiration—like that of the berserker—comes from sacred mead. 3) Pitch, the catalytic act of pouring the living yeast into the must, from which the violent transformation of sugar into alcohol begins.
