Here's a piece I wrote for Lindsey from Freaks and Geeks (but actually not. It's a rescore I did of a love scene from the movie Freaks (1932)). This was recorded in Prague by some super amazing players who I'm very grateful to. Thanks Prague Peeps! Please enjoy the Loooooove.

Biography
 
Forrest Gray began his career as a composer for film at the age of 16 when he scored a documentary by award-winning director, Steven Soderbergh. The film is titled And Everything is Going Fine, and chronicles the career of Gray’s father, Spalding Gray. This was a seminal moment in Gray’s career, and led to him studying at Berklee College of Music. Gray graduated Berklee in 2014 with a degree in Film Scoring and a minor in conducting. While at Berklee, Gray collaborated with a number of students on short films and dance pieces, and was the 2013 recipient of the prestigious BMI Film Scoring Scholarship Award, which was awarded to him by renowned film composer, James Newton Howard. After graduating Berklee, he went on to study at University of Southern California's Scoring for Motion Picture and Television graduate prgoram, which he graduated from in the Spring of 2015. 
         Gray has a number of other credits ranging from documentaries, short films, web commercials, and theatre. During the summer of 2014, Gray composed music for an adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut’s Galapagos, which premiered at the Parish Art Museum in Southampton, New York. The show was sold out for all five performances, and received a glowing review in the New York Times. His professional experience ranges from interning for esteemed film composer, Carter Burwell, and working as an arranger for Mike Posner's latest solo album. Gray was recently one of six composers accepted to The Sundance Institute’s Composer Lab for the month of July, 2015.
