Producers are the backbone of any label; developing supportive and genuine relationships with our artists is the core principle of TOR's development. Our 'Amis' series is an ode to the figures that we feel are at the foundation of the label's journey thus far.

To kick off the Amis series on TOR, there was truly only one man for the job. Wassu will always hold a special mantle at the TOR imprint, as the man who inaugurated the label with his Andu EP in 2020. Since then, the New Yorker has turned heads with a string of prolific releases on the likes of Anjunadeep, All Day I Dream, and When We Dip XYZ. With each passing project, Wassu's mastery of warm melodies and boastful basslines deepens, showcasing the ever-evolving sound of the wizardly Wassu.

It's safe to say that Wassu has outdone himself on this one, welcoming a widespread community of producers into the fold. He grabbed the baton & ran with it, sourcing a bounty of material for the debut of Amis. More than anything, this collection of music represents the fact that Wassu is a man of the people; one of the most important characters in the deep & melodic scene. He brings together artists from all corners for our debut Amis project - longtime collaborators, new faces, inspirational acts, studio partners, and burgeoning partnerships all align on Wassu's Amis.

'Sky Symphony / Urartu' is a EP with two original tracks by Anton Ishutin @antonishutin and two remixes by Erdi Irmak @erdi-irmak and Integral Bread @integralbread

Anton Ishutin, has been one of the most active producers in the last decade. His almost one thousand of tracks released in more than fifteen different electronic music genres is an evidence of the great versatility, talent and skillfulness of this artist. With this EP we can enjoy the more organic and deep face of this dj and producer... Five star House Music.

Erdi Irmak makes his mastery of the groove evident, and his skills to accompany it with a lot of melodic and ethnics elements. His version of  'Urartu' is perfect to dance it at sunset, night, or dawn.

Integral Bread makes a peculiar remix of 'Sky Symphony', using a lot of original elements, but re-building them to get a different version, more progressive, with his typical arps, hypnotic seqs, fat basses, and strong percussions.

Closing the great year of 2023, our label manager GORKIZ in partnership with TEELCO, presents the EP DREAMING OF ARP alongside a remix by GREG OCHMAN. 
Gorkiz and Teelco have a long discography with releases on renowned imprints, while earning continued support from main genre tastemakers. First track 'Dreaming of Arp' is a rolling progressive with driving rhythmic foundation, while pads and intermittent keys creates a perfect combination of melody, rhythm and bass. Returning to the label is Greag Ochman, showcasing his unique talent on For Senses, with a stunning reinterpretation of Dreaming of Arp, filled with melodic synths and harmonies , creating a delightful dancefloor track. 
Closing the EP, "Jüra" brings an organic percussion filled with spacey effects and hypnotic arps providing a club-friendly track. This EP is a must-have for the progressive house lovers.
