This was one of the very first songs I wrote and will always be one of my favorites.

Seasonal Changes

This song was a strange one to write. I typically take a while to write a song and this one was written in a day. At first I thought the idea of "Monkeys" was strange and I didn't like it, but then I couldn't find anything else that I liked as much, or worked with the song. Sometimes you have to let song write itself and what feels right is typically right, no matter how out of left field it may feel.

One of the first real love songs I wrote. It has gone through quite a few incarnations, but this one felt the best.

This song actually came together right before I was done with the album and I was so excited about it that I had to put it on there.

This song came together on a weekend I spent at home. I was bummed about losing out on a pretty big opportunity and I had just gotten done listening to some Gary Clark Jr and this song just happened so suddenly. I came home the next day and tracked it as quickly as I could.

I have been playing and writing music for as long as I can remember, I know it's cheesy, but it is what it is. This is the only thing I really know how to do.
