For The Record Mixtapes presents... Alena Arpels.

A masterful second edition to our mixtape series is the wonderful Alena Arpels. Based in London, Alena is a well established disco, soul and all things groove, vinyl only DJ who certainly knows how to get people on their feet and boogying. We had the pleasure of bringing Alena up to Liverpool for our Halloween party last year and she was nothing short of world class.

Here's an hour and a half of the finest Groovers to kick off part 002 of our Mixtape series.

For The Record Mixtapes presents... Daisybell & Carly Fox.

We're delighted to have the fantastic duo that is Daisybell and Carly Foxx grace us with 2 hours of non-stop groovers for the third edition of our mixtape series.

The glamorous duo have been making some serious noise in the past few years, both being signed to the infamous Nervous Records NYC, having non stop back-to-back weekend gigs in the biggest parties across the world such as Pikes in Ibiza and holding regular Defected Radio shows all whilst hosting their own wild Only Fans House Party night down in London.

It's safe to say the girls know how to party, so enjoy 2 hours of the finest disco and house just in time for the weekend!

For The Record Mixtapes presents... Chris Wheatley.

We're delighted to share with you the absolute masterclass of a mix by the one and only Chris Wheatley. This mix has been a personal favourite of ours as it includes an arsenal of rare disco and funk blended perfectly into 70 minuets of pure groove.

Based in Bournemouth UK, Chris has been a DJ, and collecting records for 30 years, he's a resident at Bump n Hustle in the UK, and makes regular appearances at Spiritland and Up on the Roof in London. Chris has performed DJ sets all over the world and supported the likes of Dave Lee, Kenny Dope, Greg Wilson, Horse Meat Disco, Craig Charles, Dimitri from Paris, Nightmares on Wax and Roy Ayers. In 2023, Chris featured on the festival line-up for Love Supreme with Mr Bongo, and We Out Here.

To help feed his addiction to Vinyl, he's also a Record Dealer and can be found buying and selling at record fairs, in addition to his eBay and Discogs online store under the name 'Funkymusak'.

For the 5th instalment of our mixtape series there was no one better to kick us back off in style other than the amazing MiNNA.

MiNNA has been a personal favourite of ours since her masterclass of a set for us in December last year, which saw a packed out 24 Kitchen Street in full swing, moving and grooving to her unparalleled selection of the finest House and Disco.

MiNNA is no stranger to starting a party and getting you on your feet, so here's 80 minuets of her specially crafted selection of all things House, Disco and Soulful.
