Four years after the group's inception in 2011, theflow's debut album nocapsnospaces features original material in the form of tight grooves and relaxed harmony. This exciting young collective features their lead singer alongside full rhythm and horn sections, and highlights guest rappers and vocalists.

theflow is a Toronto Hip Hop/Funk influenced collective, contributing to a thriving music community in the GTA. theflow is a multi-cultural group of musicians who make it their ambition to express all forms of unity through their craft. theflow aims to blow your minds and bring you serious grooves.

Currently, the band is working on their debut album, as well as live video sessions from theflow Emcee Berg Beaugé.
