This is London producer Akinya (https://soundcloud.com/beatsfromaki), founder of Fortune Head. He learns the German language in Dusseldorf and has been producing dope dumps for 2.5 years. Growing up in a musical home, he picked up the jazz rudiments from dear old dad and felt the rhythm of Nigerian highlife music. If you want to make it straight to his heart, get this man a bowl of jollof rice and groundnut (peanut) stew. He'll tell you anything. You can spot him wearing some gritty Reebok Classics that look like they are haunted by the spirits of someone's ancestors, oh lawd. Nobody loves making beats with their crew more.

Saint Romain (https://soundcloud.com/maxstromain) is a Texas producer and founder of Fortune Head. He is no stranger to the hip-hop scene and has been producing for almost 4 years. You can hear the trademark sounds in his work: roars, screams and tidbits taken from all of the old horror movies he loves. The only time he ever leaves his house is to cruise down to Sonic on his Heelys - toes up style. The rest of the time he is face down in the DAW or exorcising demons on his SPs. He is inspired by the members of Fortune Head and other influences to reach a more defined, personal sound.

When he isn't playing Minecrafts with the homies he's choppin' and warpin', crafting 2-4 beats a day. For real. His favorite dish is turbot fish and fries and the kid drinks mad water. You've never seen anyone drink so much water. He's like a Portuguese water wizard. He likes having chats in English with his collective mates and is always down for the collab.

He spends most of his time studying J Dilla, Knxwledge and Madlib. Nowadays he spends most of his days making beats and looking for peach colored shoes to buy (lookin' at you crimson tint Jo-1s). You can find him crushing a Clark burger - talking to his homies and listening to music. He'll sample anything as long as it has some soul in it.
