The 99th edition of Juicebox Radio welcomes Ognjen Cerović, better known as Hobin Rude from Belgrade, Serbia. It all started for Hobin 6 to 7 years ago, getting introduced to the basics of electronic music from his best friends. His first emergence in the highly intriguing progressive house was seen in 2020 through Jelly For The Babies' imprint 'One Of A Kind'. This week we take our inaugral visit to Sweden, and her capital Stockholm, one of Europe's most vibrant cities. Here we find an extremely vibrant and talented artist, one who has certainly been making big moves in our scene over the last 12 months. The rising star from Stockholm, EMPHI, also known as Johan started his musical journey at an early age having musicians in the family. He’s now paving the way with his personal progressive and melodic touch. 

Approaching three years since his debut, the Swedish artist has continued to build an impressive resume. Since he entered the progressive house scene, he has made a mark with his signature melodic approach to percussion filled anthems with steady grooves and flows. With monumental support from all around the world he exceeds expectations with every release.

Making 2022 his breakout year, debuting on leading labels within the progressive house-scene, EMPHI is now ready to showcase what he has been preparing in his Stockholm-based studio. 

This mix is compiled to show the evolution of his sound, taking you on a journey through his favourite tracks right now and own material, to be released during 2023.

Depois de entrar na música eletrônica como gerente de eventos nos principais clubes no início dos anos 2000, Sinan começou a organizar suas próprias festas, muitas vezes ocupando a cabine de DJ, porém decidiu priorizar a organização das festas e deixou a discotecagem em segundo plano. 

Em 2017, venceu o concurso Housekeeper, uma das principais formações da cena da música eletrônica de Istambul, e decidiu fazer a transição profissional para DJ. Começou tocando em clubes e festivais de Ancara e Istambul e logo começou a produzir faixas, no início de 2019.

Sendo um dos poucos representantes do House Progressivo em seu país, já colaborou em quase 100 faixas de 25 selos diferentes, incluindo gravadoras líderes, como Mango Alley, Soundteller e Dopamine, contando com suportes de quase todos os importantes DJs e produtores do gênero.
