Already at the age of 16 techno was anchored in his soul and became part of his life. 
He started DJing at the beginning of 2020.
He loves gritty and heavy, fast and driving industrial.
In his sets hardcore is a fixed term and can't be imagined without it.
His speed is usually over 155BPM and goes up to the 200BPM.

Olli E. aka FortyTwo is a DJ and producer in the genres: Techno - Dark Techno - Hard Techno - Hardcore - Film Score and was born in 1989 in Freiburg/Germany.

He was already enthusiastic about electronic music at the age of 13 and was on the turntables for the first time at the age of 17. Through his good friend and mentor Bernd Völckel aka Red Serpens, he then took a liking to DJing and bought his first own equipment and decided to go digital with a laptop and controller. He discovered the genres of techno, tribal techno and schranz, which had a strong influence on his further musical career.

After many years as a party guest, his first gig as a DJ followed in October 2011. In June 2012, he won the “Sound Research” competition against many other participants and won the DJ contest, which earned him a gig at the legendary Tresor in Berlin as well as a resident spot at “The Shining Events”.

Over the years as a DJ, he realized that just mixing wasn't enough for him. So he decided to buy equipment and software for music production. His good friend with the stage name KAN was his mentor and taught him the basics of digital music production. After a few productions, the label Amalgm8 Musiq from Canada became aware of him and his first release “Cell-EP” appeared on Amaglm8 Musiq in April 2016.

Bereits mit 13 Jahren konnte er sich für die elektronische Musik begeistern und stand mit 17 Jahren das erste Mal im privaten Kreise an den Turntables. Durch seinen guten Freund und Mentor Bernd Völckel aka Red Serpens fand er dann großen Gefallen am Auflegen und kaufte darauf sein erstes eigenes Equipment und entschied für das digitale Auflegen mit Laptop und Controller. Dabei entdeckte er die Genres: Techno, Tribal-Techno sowie Schranz für sich, was ihn bei seiner weiteren musikalischen Laufbahn stark beeinflusste.

Nach vielen Jahren als feierwütiger Partygast folgte dann im Oktober 2011 sein erster Auftritt als Dj. Im Juni 2012 setzte er sich dann beim „Sound Research“ gegen viele weitere Teilnehmer durch und gewann den DJ-Contest, was ihm einen Gig im legendärem Tresor in Berlin sowie einen Resident-Platz bei „The Shining Events“ verschaffte. 


Im Laufe der Jahre als DJ merkte er dann, dass ihm das reine Mixen nicht ausreicht. So beschloss er dann sich Equipment und Software für die Musikproduktion zuzulegen. Sein guter Kumpel mit  Künstlernamen KAN war dann sein Mentor und brachte ihm die Grundlagen der digitalen Musikproduktion bei. Nach einigen Produktionen wurde dann das Label Amalgm8 Musiq aus Kanada auf ihn aufmerksam und im April 2016 erschien sein erstes Release „Cell-EP“ auf Amaglm8 Musiq.
