Mike is highly adept with refined technique and innate style. His captivating raw blend of deep moods and warm melodies is devoid of gimmicks, allowing a truthful emergence of soul connecting sounds that elevates and unites the room creating unforgettable vibe high experiences. 
Terra cofounded the now defunct Good Company Records and more recently can be found putting out some serious heaters on Depths of My Soul records out of Berlin.
Over the last decade, he has created an arsenal of self-produced original music that has sustained and grown a loyal following for his highly respected NYC parties: Keep it Movin’, Strange Love, Movin Roots and Grounded.
Mike’s strong reputation as a mood maker and master selector has given him the opportunity to showcase his talent at renown clubs

New York house DJ, producer, and label head Rissa Garcia is a cornerstone of her city’s club scene. With two decades of experience, she’s a regular at many clubs in New York and beyond alongside legends like Danny Tenaglia, Danny Krivit, Tony Humphries, and Kenny Dope, earning a reputation for her vinyl-driven sets and deep connection to house music culture.

Growing up in Staten Island, Rissa was inspired by the vibrant energy of neighbourhood parties, a spark that fully ignited when she discovered Club Vinyl in 2000, with Danny Tenaglia behind the decks. "My soul just seemed to come alive and it completely engulfed me. From the lights to the vibe to the dark walls and sexiness in the air, it was exactly what I had been searching for. This was my Paradise Garage." Decidedly hooked, she was there without fail every Friday immersing herself in club culture with Tenaglia at the helm. 

Immersing herself in Club Vinyl's electric atmosphere, she discovered her calling: to take control of the room and move the crowd. Since her debut in 2004 at a cozy lounge on NYC's Lower East Side, she has steadily risen through the city's nightlife scene, delivering dynamic sets that seamlessly blend classics, house, funk, soul, and more at iconic venues like Cielo, Output, Avant Gardner, Good Room, and Elsewhere.

Re-Launching NightChild Records in 2018, Rissa’s label has become an exciting hub for top-notch material which reach across the house spectrum. Nearing its 100th release, recent highlights include a propulsive cut from house music icon Todd Terry, one which had the remix treatment from fellow New Yorkers Sean Cormac and Jon Billick, as well as Rissa herself. While she pours her energy into nurturing Nightchild Records, with this being where fans of her sound will find most of her club sounds, she’s also dropped releases through labels Plastik People Recordings, Jakdat Records, Rhythm & Culture and LW Recordings, amongst others.

Through her event series Dancing Room Only, Rissa champions the essence of dance culture, urging clubbers to ditch distractions, embrace the music, and move until the last beat.

Forward Disco resident artists: Sean Cormac & Chili Davis continually book some of the premier artists in the music industry including David Morales, Tony Humphries, Danny Krivit, Hector Romero, Honey Dijon, Franck Roger, Mr. V, Kevin Yost, Willie Graff, Jojo Flores, Phil Moffa and many more for their monthly event (based at Cielo since the summer of 2012). Sean & Chili have made appearances at the Def Mix WMC Party, 718 Sessions, Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival, as well as, Good For You’s 30 Years of House Music with Jesse Saunders. DJ Times called their visit to Forward Disco for their party in co-operation with Pioneer DJ & America’s Best DJ a “proper celebration”.

Forward Disco also manages and maintains their own industry-driven website. With regular music reviews across multiple genres, event features, as well as, up-close interviews with artists like Spencer Parker, Phil Weeks, Detroit Swindle, DJ W!LD, Dana Ruh and more - ForwardDisco.com has become a significant contributor to culture of nightlife, music and art.
