The next Girlcast presents CAIVA 🌹

Growing up in a little town on the outskirts of Munich, CAIVA’s sonic introduction came in the form of saxophone and guitar lessons at her school. Beginning on sax (before moving to guitar after becoming infatuated with the finger-picking talents of guitarist Andy McKee), she began to study the
theory behind music and how that applied to her talents. 
Previous label outings have included a vocal feature on Stuttgart based record label NewKids Records and a debut on UK label Lobster Theremin is due to land at the end of 2021. In addition to this. CAIVA has played at Club Douala Ravensburg, Midsomar Festival Wasserburg, Paradox Club Augsburg, H13 Rausch & Flausch Festival Berlin, Unknown Rave Nuremberg and Haus 33 Nuremberg.

He refuses to be limited by strict boundaries of genres and loves the spheres of trance, techno, house and breakbeat. For him, art is about unconventional exploration. Every mix, every performance, every piece should be a unique experience. Apart from music, he expresses his artistic passion in visual art and street art. Breaking through the prevailing confines, DJ HENTAI creates an unbelievably magical and fiery atmosphere on the dancefloor.

Lilith's last catwalk is the result of collecting and searching for necromantic, dystopian and chaotic sounds typical of covens of the darkest intentions.
The genre chosen on this occasion is hardtechno, which evolved in the suburbs of Berlin, Germany in negative response to the House and electronic genre that was infecting the tracks and scenes of North America. This led to darker sounds and fast, industrial rhythms, typical of abandoned factories, buildings, hospitals and disused churches that were sometimes used to carry out these nocturnal expressions. La última pasarela de Lilith es el resultado de la recolección y busqueda de sonidos necrománticos, distópicos y caóticos propios de aquelarres de las más oscuras intenciones. 
El genero escogido en esta ocasión es el hardtechno, el cual evoluciona en los suburbios de Berlín, Alemania en respuesta negativa al genero House y electrónica que estaba contagiando las pistas y escenas de Norte América. Esto llevo a exponer sonidos más oscuros y ritmos rápidos e industriales, propios de las fabricas abandonadas, edificios, hospitales e iglesias en desuso que en ocasiones eran utilizado para llevar a cabo estas expresiones nocturnas.

In this set i gave each track a bit more time playing and I tried to mix them slowly into each other. Also I gave them time to speak to each other while layering, to create a hypnotic and driving atmosphere.
