Anchored by that vocal, he built punchy drums, trance-inspired synths, and playful hooks, balancing warmth and intensity. Its sound is built from the vocabulary of uplifting eurotrance, Y2K rave ascendancy, early-2000s
cyber-trance, melodic hard-trance, and maximalist J-trance: genres treated not as nostalgia,
but as proto-languages for emergence. Their supersaws, arp-streams, and velocity-grids aren’t
retro signifiers; they’re metaphors for the furious nascency of order crystallizing out of the void.

Four To Eight is a producer, DJ, and designer from Naarm, who is known for his trance-infused take on techno and a sound that’s bold, euphoric, naughty and built for the rave. A force behind the decks and in the scene, he’s quickly carved out a name through relentless energy, uncompromising vision, and a deep commitment to the local underground.

As a true selector, FTE blends old and new with precision, digging deep into trance and techno history to inject a sharp dose of nostalgia into every set. His collab with Tekkfunk, JUST BOUNCE, has picked up global momentum, earning spins from VTSS & SPFDJ at Tomorrowland and VTSS at Awakenings Festival and Glitch Festival +more, while his unreleased heater RUN IT UP was dropped again by VTSS at Coachella, a defining moment in his fast-rising journey.
