This track was written as a coping mechanism for tough times. No matter how big any storm may be, it will eventually leave and sunshine will reappear. Naturally in life, the tough times batter us. And, some are unable to weather the disruption. We try to be strong, but equally, we are vulnerable and what may be an easy time for one, is a battle for another. So be grateful for the good times, and learn/prepare for what nature can throw at us. These moments may not be gentle, but if you find that light at the end of the tunnel, then you are winning. There may be a lot of destruction created from a storm, but this can be cleaned up and improved, so the future is more secure than the past may seem.

This track was recorded at my good friend Charlie King's home, with his father. This track took a few months to marinade and after a couple of recording sessions, we had a foundation. I then took the stem to the wonderful Cam Worne at Summerhouse Recording Studios, Nottingham to finalise each element. I am pleased with the way Charlie took this tune and added the smooth licks. The way it naturally evolved was special for me. Lots of good came from this recording. It's a magical one, with a lot of meaning and natural imagery. So thank you Charlie and Simon King, you guys are a great team. This is, The Storm Will Go.
