World 1-2 is a music project directed and produced by Mohammed Taher of Koopa Soundworks. It's a collaboration album that combines young independent musicians with superstar composers from the video game industry. World 1-2 features a unique blend of original creations and nostalgia-dipped remixes. All proceeds generated from this album will go toward funding new projects by Koopa Soundworks. After releasing her first track in 2023, “La Culpa”, in collaboration with beatmaker KÄM, AMAYO is determined to continue exploring the world of music production.

Exposed early on to melody-driven Techno from artists like Moby, Paul Kalkbrenner, and Dusty Kid, AMAYO quickly leant towards faster and more vibrant rhythms, embodied by Trance, Drum & Bass, and Industrial Techno. It was later that her musical spectrum broadened, incorporating Microhouse, House, and Italo Disco into her playlists.

Drawing from all these influences, AMAYO delivers evolving sets that sit at the intersection of House, Trance, and Techno, with acid always as the common thread.
