A lot of reasons went into this. all the ideas and concepts are done, but with a low amount of spriters and musicians, progress slowed to such a crawl that i started other projects. and they've been a lot more successful.
This may return once I'm done with @storyswap-project and @undertale-2014 . We need all the help we can get on those anyways
