pasta: high fiber made with whole grain and beans - make very HOT
sauce: cashews, garlic, vinegar, onion, salt, pepper, water, -blended well
spice: sriracha sauce (rooster sauce)
one belly full is about 16 grams of fiber (depending on belly :D)
pickled beet or raw beets work equally well
inspired by some Vietnamese food
