The black crow set upon my sill.
Now, here, they grin.
Mouths drip of blood, of sin. 

I saw the signs
the blight and disease.
A meddling stirred in the woods. 
I prayed it was not me. 

Chest carved. 
Levitating in the place their first was hanged. 
They encircle, in a field of fire 
of revenge
of blackest desires. 

A rising from the mud
where end was near. 
Entrenched in darkness. 
Devoid of fear.
