the anatomy of this murderous jam is mapped out as follows:

as usual, fractal gets on board with nary an idea of what to play or a decent guitar/voice armament. he's been estranged from two-thirds of this group of freelance, outdoor enthusiasts for 7 long years now, so here they are jumpstarting the Saturday Dinagyang 2016 night at the Basecamp bar with 'exodus'. as you can hear, fractal mumbles the murdered lyrics through his teeth all through the song and often trips on the fretboard with his crappy fingers but, as this really is just a free, im-promptu jam of sorts, they manage to pull it through with as much enjoyable moments as they can. Fab blazes through with his delicious, masterful bass licks as usual, as Cris keeps it steady and tight on the drum kit like the dependable percussionist/drummer he's always been -- thanks to these beautiful, creative individuals, music has never been so-enjoyable and -memorable to play with them around.

i am so damn-proud of this particular jam of all the pieces we've managed to 'murder' during the occasion, in spite of my glaring shortcomings here and there. if you're keen-enough, you'll hear snippets or some likeness of 'aringkingkingking', king crimson, jamiroquai, and others in this 'goner' song, hehe...

ideally a 3-guitar piece done on my junkyard-worthy guitar with all the ambient noise and that of the jungle in my head on January 26, 2018, and counting, the bass lines and 2nd-guitar parts are in their equally-embryonic stages waiting to be mixed with this main track when i've finally learned to play any instrument properly.

i thank the roosters 'singing my heart out' on my behalf here; none of them was roasted thereafter, i guarantee you that.
