wAFF makes a welcomed return to Hot Creations with three original cuts on his mighty ‘Fat Gash EP’.
Playfully named after his best friend, title track ‘Fat Gash’ is a dancefloor monster with highly infectious vocals, while ‘Shabby’ has powerful keys, sonic builds and rolling percussions. Over on the flip ‘Connected’ is a high energy hitter with smooth vocals and a serious party vibe.

Since releasing his “Rainbows EP’ on Hot Creations in 2012 and following with a number of successful releases and remixes, wAFF has become a staple part of the crew playing with the likes of Jamie Jones, Lee Foss and Richy Ahmed all over the world and is now entering into his third year as resident at DC10 for Paradise. His releases can also be found on labels such as Moon Harbour, Cocoon and Resonance Records. With support from Locodice and Marco Carola, wAFF can also be seen playing parties such as Used & Abused and this year will play Music On at Amnesia.

This mix contains some of my favorite tracks that I've been playing lately on my sets. Most of them are my originals plus 2 new unreleased tracks that I'm planing to release in the future. It also features a few tunes in the end made by various talents I've been digging lately. Enjoy!" Basher Toe music is for those who seek a fresh new vibe of electronic dance music, regardless of specific genre, color or boundaries. It is an ecstatic experience that resonates dynamically from deep within and exhales out in pure movement and energy. Music Forms presents PLAYAMAN in this episode. Playaman began his musical journey in 1997 in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, inspired by UK acid techno before embracing the sounds of Jungle, Dub, and Reggae. He co-founded the respected collectives Junglizm Ragga Crew and Respecta Kru, promoting underground broken-beat music across Poland. Through landmark events like Junglizm is Massive and Jungle Kingdom, he helped bring top international acts to Poland and launched Respecta Records, including a vinyl store and original releases. In 2008, Respecta Kru introduced the first official Jungle/Dubstep stage at major Polish reggae festivals. After years of managing cultural venues in Kraków, Playaman took a break in 2015 to focus on family and his new project — the Wyspowa Dolina agritourism farm in the Beskid Mountains. There, he returned to music with a new focus on psydub, psychill, and downtempo, launching the Wyspowa Bassowa gathering in 2019 — blending nature, music, and consciousness-raising workshops.

In Episode 5, we present a long time Fractal resident, Artemis, the most badass of girls who has the skills in all arenas to create a fantastic atmosphere. She is the kind of person who can pick up anything and within a day is a pro. Being a part of Fractaltribe since before the beginnings, she knows our history and exactly what is needed in each moment for optimal performances. In the recent past, her psybreaks sets have gone viral and set dance floors on fire. This year she will be presenting a techfunk set, her style will be a perfect funky driving amalgamation of this breaks, prog psy, and techno/house.

"As she looked through her quivver, Artemis thought, "I really could use a bath, I am *so* funky right now."  Accidently dropping what was in her hands, some shiny, funky looking arrows came tumbling out of the quivver and onto the Fractal Forest floor below. "Ooooooh, that's right! The tech-funk! Let's get going!" Off she went, bow and arrows in hand, nymphs by her side, to bathe in the river and then to shoot that rediscovered tech-funk down the line.

After a lovely, albeit cold bath, she picks up her bow and arrows and heads out.  What you are about to listen to is the spoils of this funkified hunt.  It is a magical unicorn of a sub-genre, treading the lines between breaks, progressive psy-trance, and tech(no/)house.  Artemis hopes you enjoy this mix, and looks forward to seeing you in the Fractal Forest!"
