Fractured, Part II

Sackcloth and Ashes

An oldie given a fresh coat of wax. I wrote this around 2011-2012 as a study in composition for orchestra and arrangement. It is a five minute retelling of The Odyssey in three movements:
1. On to Adventure
2. Tribulations
3. Home At Last
After several years, I decided to take a look at this one again, now that I have a lot of experience with orchestral work. I've completely reworked this one from the bottom up, leaving the melodies the same, but re-voicing all of the chords and adding woodwinds throughout (something I neglected the first time). Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this revived classic.

The Mariner

Fractured Mind is a solo project by Utah-based composer and guitarist, Jonathon Miller. His eponymous debut single (from an as yet unnamed album) deals with his life and struggles as a person with dissociative identity disorder.
