I wrote this song approximately one year ago, while being inspired by oldschool hiphop. As the theme of the new era became apparent, I thought it would fit well within the story I wanted to tell. The song is about realizing you need help, but not willing to admit it and pushing people away in the process. Struggling to find the balance within yourself through denial.
