Matt is definitely amongst the best of the cycling community. Enjoyed the depth and informal style of the podcast.  Look forward to part 2.

Matt Stephens is well known in pro cycling. An Olympian, former British national champion, pro cyclist and now presenter and commentator.
But behind all this is a deeply thoughtful, often hilarious and always kind chap, who's been through a lot.

Matt chats openly with FRAHM founder Nick Hussey about stuff as diverse as his experiences with abused children via his previous life in the police, his depression when he lost contact with his son, through to chipped potato vessels. 

Occasionally heartbreaking, the conversation is also silly, always a delight and a perfect example of two friends talking about the big and the small stuff. What the FRAHM Podcast is all about.

So good, we've already decided to do it again.
