For context, in the end I released this podcast for the actual launch, some 3 weeks after recording it and a week after adding the stings.

It was recorded in the car because I felt the urge and didn't want to ignore it. So there. x

#1 Nick Hussey - FRAHM's  founder - My story of success, failure, collapse & recovery.

Matt Stephens is well known in pro cycling. An Olympian, former British national champion, pro cyclist and now presenter and commentator.
But behind all this is a deeply thoughtful, often hilarious and always kind chap, who's been through a lot.

Matt chats openly with FRAHM founder Nick Hussey about stuff as diverse as his experiences with abused children via his previous life in the police, his depression when he lost contact with his son, through to chipped potato vessels. 

Occasionally heartbreaking, the conversation is also silly, always a delight and a perfect example of two friends talking about the big and the small stuff. What the FRAHM Podcast is all about.

Al Humphreys is a very nice man indeed. He's achieved incredible things, but is desperate to let people know they can do adventuring themselves, every day. Truly exploring life.

We met up with him straight after his appearance at the BBC on the legendary kid's program, Blue Peter. Unpretentious, super engaging and very tolerant of Nick's mad ramblings, Al was a smashing gent to have a pint of three with. Enjoy.

Peter Walker is a political and cycling journalist at British newspaper and respected international news site The Guardian. This is a fascinating delve behind the scenes.

What on Earth is it like to be based in Westminster, watching Britain tear itself apart over Brexit? How does it feel to be trolled by right and left on Twitter all day?

Surprisingly uplifting and optimistic, Peter is a deeply fair minded and gentle man. He's a generous optimist about all sides, when we'd perhaps expect the opposite. Enjoy...strangely enough, you will...Whatever 'side' you're on.

#5 - Peter Walker - Guardian Politics & Cycling Journalist. Brexit, fairness, optimism & cycling.

Henry Jeffreys knows lots about booze. He's written about it in The Telegraph, The Guardian and for the BBC. Voted best drinks journalist, Henry has just launched his new book The Home Bar, after his previous book Empire of Booze won awards too. Fancy.

He's a very funny, unpretentious posh bloke who isn't posh at all. He says it how it is, and how it is is rather entertaining. 

This is a fun bounce around a Mayfair bar over a few drinks. Two old colleagues and friends, catching up after too many years. Henry also gives away his best value Xmas tipple... Enjoy.

#6 - Henry Jeffreys - Booze expert, testicular cancer survivor & amusing gent

Jim is the founder of environment focussed investors http://takkcap.co.uk/ I 'met' him when he pointed out a typo on a product description on FRAHM's website! He'd bought a FRAHM Harrington Jacket, we got chatting, had a laugh, made a podcast. Ta daaa.

This is an episode for anyone interested in business philosophy and growth, the realities of being an entrepreneur and have a really good think. I don't think we found all the answers - but that's the point of conversation, it's delving further. Those complete answers may never exist.

#7 - Jim Edmondson - Entrepreneur, investor, tech wizard, surfer, clever bloke.

I collared Tom at Frome Independent Market in Somerset. We've been talking, agreeing and disagreeing on social media for years. I really love the way he writes differently about cycling and beyond. He's very much his own person - Tom seems to have a clear idea of who he is and what he stands for, in a humble way.

These are great ingredients for a good chat - in fact it's our longest FRAHM Podcast. Pro cycling is a constant thread, but this is very much a recording about that uses cycling to talk about life, regret, the ability (or not these days) to make mistakes and lots more besides.

Mark Herbert has created many of the landmark British movies and TV shows of the last 20 years. Long time collaborator with This is England and The Virtues director Shane Meadows and leading lights like Chris Morris, he's a genuine hero of mine.

As co-CEO of legendary independent film makers Warp Films, father to 3 kids, 2 of which are adopted, 1 of which is disabled; he describes his life and mental health struggles in total matter of factness - yet it's all fascinating and inspiring.

This podcast with Mark is just about as FRAHM as it gets, and is a great listen. Thank you so much Mark. This confirms, yet again, that life is indeed beautiful, fascinating and tough - and that there are kind, fragile, strong and ambitious men we can look up to.

#12 - Mark Herbert, producer of This Is England. Co-CEO of Warp Films

Life can be as tough as it is beautiful. Host Nick Hussey, founder of FRAHM Jacket was depressed and suicidal in 2017. After his recovery he created FRAHM to make exceptional jackets, but also to talk openly about mental health and how life isn't always awesome, but the little things can be.

Nick talks to kind, intelligent, diverse, inspiring people about how their real lives really are. Sometimes it's deadly serious, sometimes silly. It's a good chinwag.
