This is my first try at composing using only synths (plus bongo & conga)

Synthapetic

Bette Hoven is regressed to a past life and then struggles to come back to the present. She eventually returns.

Taken from the first part of Beethoven's "Bagatelle," this began as a simple exercise in creating synths and blending them with traditional instruments.

Regression

It's the stroke of midnight deep in the forest.

Midnight in the Forest

The name comes from the strange combo of synth, sitar, wood flute, and taiko drums.

Strange Bedfellows

One pad underlying two guitars and drums.

Amulet

It felt good to get back into Reason after a long rest from it. This is a simple song with piano, drums, and synth.

Wind In The Woods

A remix of a first attempt at Celtic-style music. The remix was necessary to better separate and balance the instruments.

All instruments made using 3rd Floor Sound's field recordings.

Atlantic Night

From 3rd Floor Sound's second installment of field recordings to play with, this entire piece is just one isolated sound creating by hitting the metal vent from a gas heater.

Nonsense

Chamber music really ought to be more fun, and so I asked a bunch of happy violins, a viola, and a cello to participate.
