I’m so Attracted by Your Love

As You know, I’m fighting to win.
I don’t give up, refusing ever to bend.
How long until Your love subdues me from within?

In times when it seems like I’ve won–
Have mercy on me! May the fight not be done!
Fight on until You finish what You have begun!

Lord, be victor! Don’t let me win!
Make me a vanquished foe who’s conquered within!
I now surrender! Lord, I choose to let You win!

Pure in heart, single in purpose, single goal, TO LOVE AND GAIN CHRIST!

Open vessel (Lord, thank you that it’s normal to love You)

When I behold the wonders of Your hand,
Your majesty and grandeur breaking through,
I'm humbled by the power of Your work, Lord,
And bow with reverence to You.

When I behold the details of the earth,
The strokes of care that brush through every hue,
Reminded that I am so very small, Lord,
Why do I hold back Lord from You?

Why did You make this vast amazing place?
Why do You send us harvests full and sweet?
Why do You render so much love and care, Lord?
Oh Lord, why do you care for me?

Why did You come to live a life on earth?
Why did You die for me on Calvary?
Why did You seek me out when I was lost, Lord?
Why do You love Lord even me?

For many years I held back Lord from You,
Reserving cherished places in my being.
But now my heart is softened by Your love, Lord,
Come in, oh Lord make home in me.

I’m opening more than one little part.
I’m opening my whole heart up to You.
Do all that’s in Your heart concerning me, Lord,
I’m not afraid, Lord I have You.

Lord gain the worshipers that you desire,
The ones who worship in reality.
Oh work Yourself into my being until, Lord,
True worship Lord is gained for Thee.

When I Behold The Wonders of Your Hand

We have seen Christ is reality:
But it’s not sufficient just to see:
He in our experience must be
Everything to us.
We in prayer behold Him face to face,
In the Word and meetings know His grace;
But in daily life, in every place,
What is He to us?

	Hallelujah! By His light we see
	Oh, how real, how full our Lord will be
	If we’ll only turn to Him
	At every time, in every day,
	Everything, in every way and—
	Be specific for reality!
	And be done with generality!
	If we’ll just apply Him, we will see
	He’s everything to us.

Life is full of opportunities
Ordered by our Father’s hand: we see
Everything’s the best that it could be,
So let’s gain Christ!
Christ our content and reality
To shine out from us unceasingly:
He must have a way in you and me,
He must have a way.

	Hallelujah! In the Body we
	Bear the death of Christ continually:
	Thus His life comes forth for all to see as
	The outer man is broken down,
	The inner man is shining so that—
	In these earthen vessels men can see
	There’s the treasure of reality!
	Thus the gospel’s glorious light will be
	Shining out from us.

	Not just doctrines and theology,
	But the content of reality!
	Christ as everything in you and me,
	He’s everything to us!
