The 39th edition of Juicebox Radio welcomes - Luciano Scheffer (São Paulo, Brazil). Having played at several large scale events like Cercle Brazil, D.Edge, Dedge Festival (2018) to name a few, Luciano has also had releases on imprints like Balkan Connection, Clubsonica, Or Two Strangers and many more. His productions are heavily supported by Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Airwave, Ruben de Ronde, etc. Luciano also runs his monthly podcast "Profile" on Proton Radio. Ascension - Episode 024 - [Warm up Nick Warren | Live at The Soundgarden Rosario]

Hola a Todos!  Behind the decks today another exclusive set from a newer name, a name you all need to take note of ... Déjala por Alejo Gonzales !!

Alejo Gonzalez was born in the city of Santa Fe, Argentina. He began his career through his particular interest in electronic styles in 1992, stepping into the local scene when he was only 12 years old, taking his first steps into the world of DJ's and electronic music. 

Strongly influenced by artists such as Depeche Mode, Radiohead, Martin Garcia & Hernan Cattaneo, among others, Alejo belongs to the new generation of DJ's that are currently conquering the decks of clubs in Argentina. He and others are therefore gaining an important role in the line-ups of in-country festivals and events.

Alejo's DJ sets manage to form their own style, within the many styles and nuances of Progressive House music. Its a style he has nurtured from the beginning, while sharing the decks with the likes of Hernan, Sasha, Nick Warren, Paul Oakenfold, Cid Inc, Guy Mantzur, Above & Beyond, Jeremy Olander and many many more. 

Most notably Alejo opened up for Elke Kleijn on both dates of his recent Argentina tour, selling out both La Isla in Santa Fe, and MetroDance BA on New Years Day. 

While also cultivating his style, Alejo has released music on labels like The Soundgarden, and John Digweed's Bedrock Records.

As this progress continues, so does the attention that goes with it, and we're sure you'll be hearing a lot more of Alejo's sounds in the near future. 

In line with Alejo's wishes, there is no tracklist for this exclusive mix, ENJOY!

   Franco Armellini is an Argentinian Italian progressive house and techno DJ and producer. Born in Rosario, Argentina, and influenced since his adolescence by funk rock bands such as the "Red Hot Chili Peppers" and progressive rock bands like "Pink Floyd", it is that in 2014, when venturing into electronic music, he sees quickly identified with the characteristic sounds of indie dance and progressive house and techno.
