Just over a year has passed since the release of Kellerkind’s ‘Music is a Miracle’ album: now the Swiss talent finally delivers a new EP in the form of ‘Move Me’, which showcases how his sound has evolved. The title track is an atmospheric affair drawing you in with garage percussion, deep horns and icy synths, while the vocals add a layer of detachment. ‘Believe in You’ nods to classic Kellerkind by way of a disco groove – a neo-trance lead adds an extra twist however. Next up, Joachim Pastor turns ‘Move Me’ into a tour de force of musical wizardry, while Jiggler gets locked deep in the groove.

Hailing from Cologne, and being for sure one of the best kept secrets of the city, Tim Engelhardt presents his debut on Sincopat with a stunning pack consisting of three original tracks and a huge remix by one of the most respected European producers: Vince Watson. 

Fundamentals is made along with Andreas Lindemann. This connection between Cologne and Hamburg represents a new era in the Germany electronic scene and this track shows a fresh update to the traditional house and techno.  Veteran Vince Watson demonstrates again his high class production skills taking the track to a new and valuable landscape. 

To close the ep, Tim gets alone with Star Safari, a rich picture full of different layers of amazing sounds.

The original “Sad Robot” collaboration between Nick Warren and Guy Mantzur was heaped with acclaim when it first appeared on John Digweed’s Bedrock label a year ago. This sparkling gem of a track pushed all the right buttons with a euphoric attitude that only comes from years of experience of rocking the best dancefloors around the world week in week out, and now the label is set to take the story to the next level with 3 diverse, exciting new remixes.

The enigmatic Rich Lane from Newcastle Under Lyme (who also records under aliases such as Original Disco Thing and Chug Norris) has been gaining plaudits for his musical creations that loosely fall into the realms of what are variously tagged “Slo-Mo”, “Chug”, “Nu-Disco” and even “NEW New Beat”. Der Song selbst handelt von Menschen, die als Parasiten dargestellt werden, und fragt, was bleibt, wenn die Menschen die Natur weiterhin ausbeuten. Dem Original-Mix haben sich der Hamburger Produzent @oliverschories und das Berliner Gespann Penwood angenommen. Schories hat das Original in ein episch wirkendes Konstrukt gezwängt und die Nummer sehr düster erscheinen lassen. Ein Remix, der wie geschaffen ist für den Club. (...)
