Nice clear mix and sounds.  Entertaining too, even if  musically it feels a bit arbitrary to me.

I like those abrasive tones. Getting late 80's dark synth-pop vibes...

haha, I noticed some patches I used as well, but it is really interesting to hear what can be done with the same preset in different context

I really like all the sounds, but the bass came in a bit loud and everything followed suit (at least for me) which made me stop feeling the beat as much as I think it deserves.

I discovered AuroraFM this month, thanks to Elvicente. I love it. Really underrated synth. FYI I made 9 tracks just with it this month. in those 9 tracks some sounds are dx7 patches I found online, some factory, some Elivicente, some tweaked, some mine. Maybe some dexed patches but I doubt it... I don't recall exactly for each track. This track was entered based on the discord consensus from 5 I posted there.

The unreliable narrative of Spaceman D. Bassman continues...

As the sun falls gently towards the horizon, a lone figure casually lounges in a deck chair, the fiery sky reflected in his visor. In his hands he holds a large glass of his favourite cocktail, Sex on the Beach.

Lieutenant Spaceman D. Bassman had been through a lot lately. After almost 23 months marooned on an alien planet populated by those weird musical bees, his oxygen, water and food supplies were at dangerously low levels. Things were so desperate that he'd taken to supplementing his diet with several particularly fat and juicy bees with each meal. They tasted disgusting, but he loved them nonetheless.

After months of despair and having given up any hope of being rescued, somewhat miraculously, the Corp finally located his emergency beacon and saved him from an inevitable and very likely nasty, bee-poisoning related death. He was lucky, and thankful to be alive.

With his gums still raw and nippy from the bee stings, Bassman, now safely back on Terra, took a long swig from his glass, settled back in the chair, and put another cassette in his Cosmosblaster.

While the sun continued it's decent across sky, the heavy throb of psychedelic space dub and beesong filled the air once more. Bassman sighed a long sigh of relief and wiped a tear from his eye; He really loved those weird musical alien bees.

Hex on the Beach

Just a fun and colorful techno track partly inspired by artists such as YMO and Rei Harakami. Contains a mix of self-made and modified factory sounds.

This was made in Bitwig 5.1.2. It contains the following:

The title probably conjures up images of world war 2, but I don't mean political party. This is about "partying" with weird minimalist, fetishistic Germans.

All sounds in the song, including drums, were made using the Arturia Jun-6 VST synthesizer and some external effects. This synth is VERY limited, so trying to make a song without using any other synths, sounds, drums, modules, etc was very hard. I might recreate this song in the future but add other synths, samples, vocals, and better drums.
