Fertility Meditation

At my private clinic in New York at the Woman's Comprehensive Center (part of Richmond University Hospital) I treat a lot of menstrual irregularities with acupuncture and herbs. This is a meditation recording that can be a supportive daily or semi regular practice to help heal menstrual irregularities through visualization and breath work.
