FRANK were born in Donostia (Basque Country, Spain) in June 2013. After recording a demo in August in their rehearsal room, they started playing live in October that year. Thanks to that demo posted on their Facebook and Bandcamp sites, Mondosonoro Mag chose them as one of the revelation bands of the year and invited them to play in their Demoscopic Party in February 2014.

In March 2014 they released their debut, a 6 songs EP titled "My Wild Kingdom", which has deep reminiscences from the american folkrock; dense and dark in a way but bright, intense and very emotional, with deep and lyrical voices, strong rhythm basis and roaring guitars full of lights and shadows.

In February 2016 they launched "The Mud And The Thirst", their first LP, a little bit raw, rocker, classic and obscure than its predecessor.

Both the EP and the LP received excellent reviews in specialized media such as Ruta 66, Dod Magazine, Mondosonoro, Makma, Río Rojo, Exhile Magazine, Loff.It, Spoonful, Kulturaldia, etc. being listed as one of the best albums of the year on their national lists. They´ve been compared several times to Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Nick Cave, Maria McKee, Lucinda Williams, Wilco, Cowboy Junkies, The Walkabouts, Sandy Denny, etc.

Since the release of their debut EP, Frank have been playing in venues like Kutxa Kultur Festival, Actual Festival, El Último Vals Festival, Irun Rock, etc., they´ve been opening for bands such as Gallon Drunk, Split Squad, Danny And The Champions Of The World, Los Coronas, etc.

In February 2018 they will release their new album, "Atlas".
