Frank Cuthbert has been writing, recording and performing his songs since the late 1970s. As a headliner of the late NYC punk scene at CBGB’s his band Dakota got signed to CBS records. He has performed in New York, Los Angeles and Nashville and Europe with artists from Talking Heads and John Cale to Tanya Tucker.
