This is interesting.  Where I am at inside my head, 4 different scenarios.  One West Coast, One Detroit, One Tampa/Orlando, One New England.   4 various promoters, one dilemna - Too many DJ's on the same line-up, 

West Coast promoter says I got 20 minutes for you between Donald Glaude & DJ Dan.  Detroit promoter, 20 minutes between Dezi (Psycho) & Derrick Carter.  Florida promoter, 20 minutes between Icey & Rabbit In The Moon.  New England promoter, 20 minutes between Osheen & Charles Feelgood.  20 minutes. Various regions have different expectations. 

Somehow I'm gonna play 18 minutes & some seconds, and talk to the crowd for a minute.  Professional Grade A status at all times.

Sabo's record label, Sol Selectas, presents an organic house EP by Rameff that has Middle Eastern melodies and indie dance influences.

Rameff is a French artist living in Mexico, and he is back on Sol Selectas with his first solo EP on the imprint, after recently featuring a collaborative track on the 2025 edition of the annual Summer Sol compilation.

Utilising his background of being a percussionist and classically trained piano player, Rameff has applied his musicianship to electronic music. His tracks are a rich tapestry of sonic textures, and he combines organic sounds with synthesisers to create spellbinding grooves that are perfect for a dance floor.

Other record labels to feature Rameff's music include the likes of Baikal Nomads, Lump Records, • kosa •, Moblack Records, and Cosmic Awakenings. He is also a skilled DJ who plays hybrid sets combining live musicianship with expert track selection and the seamless blending of other people's music.

"Kasbah Fever" is the EP's title track, and it combines a chugging disco groove with Arabic melodies, Middle Eastern flutes, and a trippy vocal sample.

Next up, "Luxor Madness" layers a lurching bass synth with funky guitar chords and trippy vocal textures to create an upbeat groove with hallucinatory vibes.

"Goddess of Euphoria" has fluttering melodies inspired by Egyptian folk law, layering them with warped trumpet stabs, organ bursts, and mesmerising female vocals that have ceremonial undertones.

BeatItPunk & Metty & diwine - Candy Shop

"Call It Techno" was the blueprint track which was written on June 4, 1989.  It was at the forefront of European Rave Culture and became a well known track in the U.K. & Germany.  The documentary "We Call It Techno" explains it right from the beginning and from that came the second & third Love Parade themes being named "The Future Is Ours" off the XL/Citibeat LP by Musto & Bones.  And "My House Is Your House" from the Break Boys which was Frankie Bones aka on Fourth Floor Records in 1990.

Frankie became the American Pioneer of Rave Culture on both coasts in 1990, playing Techno as a movement.  The Peace, Love, Unity Movement which in 1993 became PLUR after a fight broke out at an event in The Bronx which had Richie Hawtin as it's headliner.

And the rest is history.  If words can paint the picture here, the first 5 Soundcloud links will describe a DJ who has a journey of a lifetime & still is active in 2024.  The music that comes from the heart & soul of the Brooklyn Underground.
