In charge of the Rhythmic Culture podcast this week is electronic music producer, DJ and cellist La Mer. The artist hailing from Tel Aviv and founding member of De Zee Music, combines her classical roots with her passion for electronic music. She cherishes the idea that genre isn’t the important part of the music, but the flow and progress.

In her 64-minute mix, she starts off with warm House cuts, then shifts to Electro while seamlessly pitching up the tempo to DnB and Jungle making this a hell of a ride.

For the third stop of our Huacast series we are fortunate to get a peek into the record bag of CHENG NWSH @chengnwsh . 
As co-founder of event series and record label Awkwardly Social @awkscl he has become an important audible part of the Berlin underground with regular shows on HÖR and THF Radio. 
For this mix the guanxi master dug out some of his groovier and melodious b-sides and blended them beyond genre restrictions (exactly how we love it).

Our latest addition to the Sequencias catalogue features a single by home town compatriot and WT records label head William T. Burnett donning his Willie Burns persona, complemented with a remix by Aroy Dee.

"Another Place, Another Time" is a short journey into the dreamy out-lands of House. A light melodic sequence drifts over layers of percussion, tones and textures capping everything off with some freak filter work. 

On the flip-side Aroy Dee comes back to Sequencias turning out an unsurprisingly lush and cinematic remix that remains every bit as jacking as it's source material, bringing a futuristic vision that underlines the more pensive qualities of Willie's original.
