Slow cook begins of course Thursday evening with the realisation friday is upon us and the festivities(insert your event of choice) are about to commence. Gees levels are high, this is imperative... 

Prepare friday - assemble wine for roast, taste one glass for quality. prepare marinade. 

Saturday all is on the go - foot flat, celebration in the air - Sunday commeth but Saturday night is but a fetes. Much attention on the cooking. It must be added - all baking for the celebrations is best to be completed in the morning as to allow full focus for the cooking. 

Check check - foot flat.

Sunday simmer - serve slow cooked. of course! This set can accompany any and/or all of the processes.
