This movie is the final entry in Edgar Wright's Cornetto Trilogy, all of which starred Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. In this Comedy with a twist, a band of buddies revisit their old stomping grounds to conquer a pub crawl. Things look funny as the night goes on, which leads to a long list of awesome realizations. Another underrated flick worth a watch, but if you're going to watch...do all three. You're welcome. Until next time.

In this entry of Something Else, our featured artist is @opas with dope lofi vibes rich in earthy tones and nostalgic boom bap flows. Blends and beats well emulsified with snippets from Assassins (1995)starring Sylvester Stallone and Antonio Banderas. These two stars have excellent chemistry in the this action/suspense film where they are opposing assassins in a game meant only for professionals. Supporting role by Julianne Moore and the high pace give it an overall 90s feel of tension and fun. Check it out on a rainy day when it looks like taxis are still a thing.

In this entry, I'm showcasing this 1999 shark movie. I mean, it ain't jaws and definitely ain't the meg or 40 meters whatever. In this Piranha twisted flick, they create a super shark that has a taste for Sam Jackson and random scientists. They curing diseases and losing their lives and losing all the data. This is a thoughtless action/horror joint that you should blaze at least two to.....yeah. I digress, there's beats and what not, check it out.

A blend of sounds mixed and sprinkled with movie quotes from 2009's "I Love You, Man". A heartfelt raunchy comedy about some dude that never had a best friend because he was too busy getting girlfriends. There's jokes, awkward moments and behaviors that make you question humanity. In this entry of Something Else we go through a collections of joints from my main Boogie bka Aaron Oz, the great and powerful. Sprinkled in with pieces from John Carpenter's They Live, which is cult classic with social commentary about consumerism and unknowing compliance. I personally feel me and my homeboy have always against the grain, and to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our joint project, Sofrito, I felt it only right to bring these gems to ya'll in this new mix. Another installment of the Something else series with your main man Goya, bringing the cult classic movie "Blow" from 2001 into your ears. A nice variety of sounds that we curated from all over the cloud and tied into a nice mix of storytelling sprinkled with bits of this adventurous movie. The story of Boston George and his exploitations during the 70's and 80's. A cautionary tale of a lifestyle that has it's spectacular highs and it's inevitable lows.
