Amidst the quiet forests and desolate heaths of small town Sweden, a new sound is emerging. Övre Bygden, a collective of artists led by the pioneering hardcore techno creator @frankborjak, is preparing to release their debut EP.

Övre Bygden's debut EP is a complex and haunting exploration of the human condition, led by the enigmatic Frans Björk, a visionary artist battling the demons of his own disease and the complexities of a life inevitably changing. Drawing from a diverse range of influences, spanning the realms of folk, pop, punk, EPA, synth, rave and more, the music conjures up a hypnotic soundscape that transports listeners on a journey through the heart of the less populated areas of Sweden and beyond.
