The time has come, we hit exactly 20 years since the launch of Dirt Crew Recordings back in 2004. An incredible journey lays behind us with so many discovered artists and even more amazing tunes we first heard as demo and brought to life either on Wax, CD or Digital. As we never look back too much we decided to not give you another “Best of” but instead drop 15 brand new tunes by early and more recent artists that have released with us in these past years.

The result is a really broad spectrum of what makes up the style of the label, from Deep House to Disco and Electronica to Electro, these fifteen cuts represent the richness of dance music in our little universe. Dig into this playlist and discover the Dirt Crew sound.

Delivered across a two part series, ‘La Decima’ Compilation selects artists that have contributed to the last 10 years and are firmly aligned in the next 10 years.

Part 1 rounds up Germany hitmaker, Oliver Dollar with his ‘I Do Believe’ cut with a Chicago jam for the ages. Smooth and subtle hitting all the right notes to lead the line on this compilation. Next up, Toronto based, Demuir doesn’t miss with his signature groovy and jackin’ style as Vibez High does exactly what it says on the tin. Welcome back to the auditory world of Soul Wun.

In what’s best described as a musical resurgence for producer Blake Carthew, the Newcastle/Mulubinba native is ready to unleash his debut album “Blue Light”. Moving away from clubbier rhythms of the past, Soul Wun is now honing in on deeply moving soundscapes, those made up of powerful percussive elements that stir up emotion and forge a palpable atmosphere.

U All Disco Lovers EP gets the remix treatment with 2 extra tracks from veteran french producer Art Of Tones and young guns Floorfillers making it a 5-track EP. And once again, it’s a very hot one ! Released in july 2023, the EP received critical acclaim and has been supported by DJs like Laurent Garnier, Jamie Jones, Breakbot to quote only but a few. It’s also one of the best sellers in the Frappé Catalogue. This new remix edition is likely to rock the charts once again, with these 2 remixes of the title track « U All Disco Lovers ».

Art Of Tones delivers a funky and sexy interpretation, with all the lush production that makes his signature sound. Syncopated with additionnal female vocals, this is a beautiful piece of work from the french master.

Picking the same track, the Floorfillers take a very different artistic path for their remix, adding to the original track the electronic rawness and energy they’ve become famous for. It starts with heavy drum machines and acidy sound overlaping the original strings and building up to a mid-track climax. Impressively efficient.

The record will be available in digital and vinyl format, with a very cool, collectable pink vinyl available in the best DJ stores.
