The only violence this bears is the threat it holds against the life we live blindly.

Soaked in nostalgia, a tightrope between sombre & heart-warming and rich in imagery, @jeremiahcarter's Inchmix paints an atmosphere that could be drenched in hazy summer evenings or the darkest of winters. 

With many sublime releases already under his belt (@vaagner & @vienna-press in particular) Jeremiah weaves industrial, white noise and drones with spoken word & folk elements culminating in one of the stronger neo-ambient facets to come out of the US scene over the past half decade. 

This mix evolves over repeated listens, as if the story thickens or matures when more attention is given to it. A striking combination of folk, fuzzy drones, angelic vocals blended with deep southern blues, broken jazz, industrial noise and hints of psychedelic strings akin to Robbie Basho or John Fahey
